  May 9  Ashton Police were called to help a driver stuck on Highway 20 in the middle of the northbound lane behind another larger vehicle also stuck on the highway.  Police were called to a rollover accident with a head injury off Highway 32. May 10 Ashton The person driving a truck pulling a trailer on Highway 20 was throwing eggs out his window trying to hit signs and swerving all over the road.  An arrest was made for driving while possessing on the corner of Fremont and 9th St.  A vehicle hit a deer on Highway 20 and the deer was still alive. Keeping IP Clean: Last Chance Laundry Offers New Service to Local Businesses

  Island Park will have a new laundry service for businesses and individuals to use this summer. Last Chance Laundry hopes to open their doors next month.  Last Chance Laundry will offer a service never before offered in the area. The service, owned by Lance and Amber Boyce and managed by their daughter Ainsley Boyce, will wash and dry all sheets and laundry for business owners in Island Park who produce a large amount of laundry in sheets and towels for guests who come to visit this beautiful part of the country near Yellowstone National Park.  "There's not anything equivalent to this in Island Park," Ainsley Boyce said.  The laundry mat, located across from Trout Hunter in the Last Chance area, will offer two different services. One will be a laundry mat for individuals in the area to use to do their laundry. This will give Island Park residents a laundry mat both on the south side and the north side of Island Park.  The second part will offer a laundering service to lo

  April 25 Ashton Identity theft was reported on 3687 E. A machine was reported stolen from Golden Spike Power Sports in Ashton. April 26 Island Park An arrest was made for inattentive driving by Macks Inn. Ashton An arrest was made during a traffic stop on Highway 20 for second time of having no insurance.  Someone reported a pickup swerving and possibly drunk driving on Highway 20.  Police responded to a call of a large boulder on Highway 47.  The side of a home on Maple Street was egged.  April 27 Island Park A police officer hit a small tree on Library Road.  A distress alarm was called in at Sawtelle Mountain Resort for involuntary admission for mental health.  Ashton Police assisted a driver loading 75,000 lbs whose engine wouldn't start and steering wouldn't work on Highway 20. A kid hit a bike on Pacific and Main. April 28 Island Park A driver called police when he saw a man hanging out of his car onto the pavement from the back seat about a mile from Osborne Bridge.  A
