  August 22 Ashton Two vehicles were reported sitting in an odd place at a vacant house on 875 North. There was a two vehicle accident just north of Ashton on Highway 20.  A noise complaint was filed for a neighbor playing loud music late at night on Maple Street. A truck pulling a trailer with no lights on that was hard to see was reported on 1100 North.  Island Park Dirt bikes were speeding and spinning cookies on Teton Avenue. A cow was reported outside the fence line on Flat Ranch. Extra patrol was requested at Highway 87 for speeding vehicles including semis. A man and woman were reported yelling at each other in the parking lot at Macks Inn. The man was in the drivers seat of a vehicle possibly drunk and the woman was sitting on the curb.  An accident was reported on Highway 20.  August 23 Ashton Someone received a fraud alert through Experian on 4775 E.  Someone came on a property on 3300 East, opened their gate, let their horses out and beat their guard dog badly.   August 16 Ashton A vehicle was unsafely passing other vehicles on Highway 20 causing others to have to pull over to the side of the road.  Police assisted a driver broke down on the side of Highway 20. An ambulance was called for a 71-year-old man having a heart attack at the Ashton Travel Plaza.  August 17 Ashton An ambulance was called for a woman in her 80s who fell in the bathroom and may have hit her head at the Ashton Nursing Home.  Someone walked out of 511 without paying. An arrest was made for reckless driving on Highway 20.  Island Park Two men with flashlights were caught by a woman going through her vehicle late at night on Grandview Road. She yelled at them, and they took off.  Someone hit a cow in a Razor ATV at Old Shotgun Road and Green Canyon Road. A vehicle was reported going 100mph and passing on the double yellow line on Highway 20.  A 51-year-old man about to go through a divorce threatened suicide on S Chief Joseph Drive.   August 8 Ashton A driver pulled over on Highway 20 when a boulder hit his windshield.  A vehicle ran off the road at Fishermans Drive and tore up the front bumper and under carriage.  Possible vandalism over the weekend was reported on Main Street. Glass was shattered, possibly shot out. An arrest was made for battery on Main Street. A civil standby was requested for a business on Highway 20 for a disgruntled employee to come pick up his or her stuff. A 10 year old boy was attacking his family on 5th Street.  Island Park A vehicle hit an ATV on Highway 20. A man asked to press charges against a woman who offered sex for housing in Pinehaven. He reported she had also broken into his home last winter. A welfare check was called for a 40 year old woman who had left her cell phone at the AirB&B. August 9 Ashton A vicious dog was reported coming out on the Ashton Tetonia trail.  An arrest was made for a DUI at Upper Mesa Falls. Police were called for an aggressive dog on Fremont Stree
